I was feeling distracted in the early morning. I guess I know why and somehow, I forgot to delete a very important thing from my handphone. At 9am, it rings and at that point in time, I was trying hard to get myself distracted by training. But, it all pull me back to my initial distraction from a simple ring on my handphone.
